• Plastic Injection Moulding: With 10 moulding machines ranging from 50 to 1100 tonnes, we accommodate components of various sizes, from as small as 0.001 kg up to 8 kg.
• Aluminium Die Casting: Utilising 3 furnaces and 22 casting machines, we produce aluminium products weighing from small grams up to 30 kg per component.
• Tool Manufacturing: We offer a range of services from tool and die mould making through to part design, ensuring your products are manufactured to detailed specifications.
• CNC Machining: Our state-of-the-art toolroom can post-process jobs or machine detailed one-off components to tight tolerances, ensuring precision in every project.
